Privacy notice

Advalok collects enquiry information so Bina Atman and the Advalok team can review whether an assessment is a useful next step. The public form is for nonconfidential first-contact information only.

What we collect

We store the fields you submit: name, email, role, asset type, country or jurisdiction, objective, optional context, consent choices, timestamps, status and internal notes. We do not request identity documents, financial records or file uploads through the public form.

How it is used

Information is used to respond to the enquiry, evaluate fit, manage follow-up and maintain a private lead record. Optional marketing consent is separate and unchecked by default.

Storage and access

Lead records are stored in Advalok-controlled server storage and private owner retrieval requires server-side authorization. Aryalok does not automatically receive Advalok lead data because a partner link appears on the site.
